Privacy policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

In short

This website has no forms, no accounts and no tracking cookies. We only receive personal data when you email us or book a call, and we use it only to talk to you.

Who is responsible for your data

  • Aleix Cubel Capdevila (Cubiq)
  • Email: hello@cubiqdata.com
  • NIF and address: see our legal notice

What data we use, and why

  • When you email us: your email address and whatever you write, so we can reply. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you.
  • When you book a call: the name, email and notes you enter in our booking tool (Cal.com), so we can hold the call. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible contract.
  • When you visit the website: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser to deliver and protect the site. We see only anonymous, total visitor numbers (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which don’t use cookies or identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Cookies

We don’t use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from abuse.

Who else handles your data

Only the service providers that help us run Cubiq, acting on our instructions. We never sell your data.

  • Cloudflare: website hosting, visitor statistics and email forwarding.
  • Cal.com: call bookings.
  • Google (Gmail): the mailbox our hello@ and aleix@ addresses forward to.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. When they do, they use the safeguards the EU requires, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and booking details while we’re in conversation with you. If we work together, we keep what we need for the duration of the project and for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to stop using it, to limit how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Just email hello@cubiqdata.com. If you think we haven’t handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
